Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give at least 12 hours notice by calling or texting 07917 819008, or emailing enquiries@melcolemantherapy.co.uk.

If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, or miss your appointment, the full price of the treatment will be due.
